Refund policy

We hope you love your new bamba goods as much as we do! However, if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we will happily offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@bamba.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or with any returns-related questions.

Please note, all items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. All return postage costs are to be covered by the customer, we recommend tracked shipping.  

All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch, however if you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our team at hello@bamba.co.nz as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you.
